How it works

Upon the parties’ acceptance of the mediation agreement, each party will submit a word-limited statement of the facts. This will give a brief overview of the dispute.

The mediation session will be conducted either at the Paperbark Law office in Cherry Creek or at another centralized Denver or Summit County location. If another location is chosen, the parties are responsible for applicable rental fees.

Each party is billed for one hour prior to the session as a preparation fee and for the time spent to read the statement of the facts.

There is a four hour minim to schedule mediation. Beyond the four hours, each hour is billed as necessary. The parties may choose to split the final fee.
